Terms of Use
Effective as of October 10, 2026. These terms govern the use of the Annuaire de Polynésie by visitors and by professionals who publish a listing on the directory.
1. Purpose of the service
The Annuaire de Polynésie lists businesses, shops, associations, and services in French Polynesia: contact details, hours, photos, and reviews. Consultation is free and does not require registration.
2. Professional account
To publish or manage a listing, the professional creates an account in My space. They agree to provide accurate information and keep their credentials confidential.
3. Publishing and claiming a listing
- The publication of a basic listing is free.
- A business already listed can claim its listing from the page of that listing. After verification, it gains control of the listing.
- The following are rejected: illegal, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, or content unrelated to a real activity in French Polynésia.
- The editor may correct, suspend, or remove a non-compliant listing.

Prices are in Pacific francs (XPF). Subscriptions start upon payment confirmation and are not automatically renewed unless otherwise stated. A started offer is not refundable, unless it was our error.
5. Visitor reviews
- A review must relate to a real experience, remain polite, and not contain personal data of third parties.
- Reviews are moderated before publication. Reviews written by the company itself, its competitors, or in exchange for payment are prohibited.
- The business can publicly respond to reviews from its dashboard.
6. Responsibilities
The information provided in listings is for informational purposes only. The editor is not a party to the relationship between visitors and businesses and cannot be held responsible for the services provided by these businesses. Each professional is responsible for the content they publish.
7. Reporting
Any inaccurate or illegal content can be reported via the contact form. We process requests as quickly as possible.
8. Modification of Terms
These terms may change. The applicable version is the one online at the time of service use.
9. Applicable law
Applicable law in French Polynesia. In the absence of a friendly agreement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Papeete.
