Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, delete it, oppose its processing, or request its portability by writing to contact@annuaire-polynesie.com. We respond within a month. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, protected by an application firewall, and regularly backed up. Forms are protected against spam.
Assistant « Ask the directory » and quote requests
Questions asked to the assistant. They are used only to search for businesses in the directory. They are not linked to your identity. Your IP address is used only in hashed form, for 24 hours, to limit abuse. When the assistant writes a response, the question is processed by an AI model hosted on a dedicated server operated by the site publisher: it is not shared with any third-party AI provider.
Quote requests. Your need, your name, and your contact information (e-mail or phone number) are recorded in the site's administration. With your consent, given by checking the appropriate box, they are sent to a maximum of three professionals, selected from the directory according to your request, so that they can contact you. These professionals then become responsible for how they use this information.
You can request at any time the deletion of your questions or quote requests via the Contact page.
Book an appointment online
When you request an appointment, we collect only your name, your phone number, your email address, and the time slot chosen, as well as an optional detail for establishments not related to health. We never ask for the reason for the consultation or any health-related information.
This data is used solely to organize the appointment: it is sent to the chosen establishment, used for confirmation and reminder by e-mail, and then deleted from the directory 30 days after the date of the appointment. The establishment remains responsible for the information it retains on its side. For any request (access, deletion), write to us via the contact page.
Letter « Deals »
If you check the box provided (never checked by default), we use your email address and first name to send you 1 to 2 times per month deals and benefits offered by professionals in French Polynesia. Your email is only used after confirmation via a click, is never sold or shared with professionals, and each email contains a link for immediate unsubscription. We keep the date and origin of your consent. You can request the deletion of your data at any time via the contact page.
